International City Builders, Inc. (ICB) was founded in 1990 by Daryl Long and Ronnie Blalock who continue to own and operate the company. Starting out with only five (5) full time employees, both owners had a vision of delivering high quality contracting services. Aspiring to perform beyond expectations with the belief that all clients deserved and should be treated fairly, they set out to build relationships with both clients and colleagues in the construction industry.
From those small beginnings, ICB has grown and earned a reputation for delivering high quality construction services in the commercial construction market. The company now has twenty seven (27) full time employees and revenues of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) annually. To serve the construction industry, ICB utilizes three (3) project delivery systems that include Construction Management “At-Risk,” Design-Build and General Contracting that are tailored to our clients.
